It’s time to get serious.

Real serious.

Serious about who you are and what you bring to the table.

It’s time to show exactly what unique things and experiences you create with your gifts so that those who you’re here to serve can see this and know you’re the one for them.

But how’re you gonna do this?

My guest Claire Harvey has your answer.  She’s a personal brand and family photographer with over 25 years of experience behind the lens.  Claire believes that one of the most important ways to powerfully show your professional, side hustle, or business brand is through photos and visual assets.

But how do you go about getting these and using them?

In this episode we discuss this and:

  • Lessons from Caire’s intentional and years-long journey from corporate employee to business owner

  • The benefits of building your side hustle while still keeping a full-time job
  • Why a strong personal brand is freedom and will help you pivot

  • Why investing in your visual assets now will pay off for years to come

If you’re ready to get serious about building your personal brand then this episode is for you!

About my guest:

For over 25 years, Claire Harvey has been involved in both the photography and business worlds. Her initial thrilling photographic endeavor was as an intern at the Christian Science Monitor, photographing President Clinton and other White House events. Having her work published in the international publication at such a young age was unique and motivating.

Prior to becoming a full-time photographer and visual strategist, Claire worked in the financial world for a hedge fund, and then for two prominent public financial companies, advising executives on how to communicate with investors.  For 5 years she worked for CapitalSource (NYSE: CSE), during both flourishing years and the downturn of 2008. She later moved on to oversee the IPO of Walker & Dunlop (NYSE: WD) and stayed on board playing an instrumental role in the stock’s 5-year movement from IPO price of $10 to over $50.
